
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective August/17/2009
Every subscriber has the ability to use and manage their free Local Mojo™ Ad Platform, and all non-contract driven subscriber agreements are cancellable at any time.
When cancelling we will need 30 days notice prior to your next billing period. Upon notification of cancellation, Local Mojo will immediately stop charging your credit card and no additional future charges will occur. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current subscription period already paid for and in effect. There are no set up fee refunds, but you won´t completely loose your Mojo. You will continue to have access to your free Local Mojo Ad Platform.
All subscription plans have automatic renewal terms and will continue renewing until you notify us to cancel your service. If you would like to cancel your subscription service please contact us within 30 days of your existing subscription term. Once we have received your cancellation notice we will no longer charge your credit card and your existing renewal will lapse at the end of its subscription agreement period.
Our Account Reps and Customer Service Agents are available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM to help you with any questions about your subscription services or to work with you to modify or adjust your agreement.
With our Local Mojo Subscriber Packages you agree to be charged at the time of subscription based on the type of plan you have selected. The set up fee charged is non-refundable. Your subscription will be renewed automatically and billed to your credit card at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the service. You may cancel at any time by following the procedure described above in our Cancellation Policy. Our 6-month subscription plans are renewed on 180-day intervals and the yearly ones on 365-day intervals. Annual purchases are also renewed automatically on 365-day intervals. Unless a credit card is on file you will be billed 30 days prior to the renewal period.
